Claims 1.2.2 verantwortet das Schadenmanagement für Casualty-Rückversicherungsgeschäft in Kontinentaleuropa sowie weltweit für FinRisk (Credit, Surety und Political Risk). Das Team arbeitet eng mit Underwriting und Client Management zusammen und unterstützt Kunden bei komplexen Großschäden, Portfolioanalysen und strategischen Claims-Projekten.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Unterstützung bei der Pflege und Qualitätssicherung von Loss Management Reports (LMR) (Datenerfassung, Plausibilitätsprüfungen)
- Mitarbeit bei der Aktualisierung der französischen Bodily Injury Database (BID), insbesondere Erfassung, Strukturierung und Analyse von Großschäden im französischen Motor-Haftpflichtmarkt. Auslesen von Schadenmeldungen in französischer Sprache.
- Erstellung von Management-Reports, Präsentationen und Datenanalysen zu Schadenportfolios, Markttrends und strategischen Projekten im Bereich Casualty und FinRisk.
- Unterstützung bei Projekten zur Prozessoptimierung, Digitalisierung und Nutzung von AI-Tools sowie bei bereichsübergreifenden Aufgaben an den Schnittstellen zu Underwriting, Client Management und Central Reserving.
Ihr Profil
- Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, International Management, Finance oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
- Analytische Denkweise sowie Interesse an Datenanalyse, Reporting und Projektmanagement.
- Gute Kenntnisse in Excel und PowerPoint sowie hohe IT- und AI-Affinität.
- Sehr gute Englisch- und Französischkenntnisse, Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil.
Angehörige von Staaten außerhalb des europäischen Wirtschaftsraums benötigen eine deutsche Aufenthalts-/Arbeitsgenehmigung. Der erste Masterstudiengang darf vor/während der gesamten Tätigkeit nicht abgeschlossen sein.
