Diese Position ist Teil des Corporate Functions Tower innerhalb von Group Technology (IT1.12) und verantwortet die IT-Servicebereitstellung sowie die Steuerung zentraler Schnittstellen zu Corporate Functions und weiteren zentralen Einheiten. Der Bereich umfasst Themen wie Dokumentenmanagement, Kollaborationsplattformen, Unternehmenswebsites sowie KI-basierte Lösungen. Darüber hinaus verantwortet der Tower das konzernweite Identity & Access Management (IAM) sowie ausgewählte zentrale Plattformen.
In dieser Rolle arbeitest Du an innovativen Lösungen rund um künstliche Intelligenz, moderne Kollaborationsplattformen und die Digitalisierung von Geschäftsprozessen. Gemeinsam mit erfahrenen Experten entwickelst Du neue Ansätze zur Automatisierung und Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen in einem globalen Unternehmensumfeld.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung innovativer Lösungen rund um Digitalisierung, künstliche Intelligenz und moderne Kollaborationsplattformen
• Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von KI-Anwendungen, z. B. auf Basis von Microsoft Copilot und Microsoft 365
• Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen mit Fokus auf Automatisierung und Effizienzsteigerung
• Entwicklung und Pflege von SharePoint-Websites und digitalen Informationsplattformen
• Erstellung von Konzepten, Auswertungen, Präsentationen und Kommunikationsmaterialien
• Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen und internationalen IT-Teams
• Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung von Aufgaben und Übernahme kleinerer Projekte

Ihr Profil

• Laufendes Bachelor- oder frühes Masterstudium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
• Interesse an Digitalisierung, künstlicher Intelligenz und modernen Cloud-Technologien
• Erste praktische Erfahrungen durch Praktika, Werkstudententätigkeiten oder Hochschulprojekte
• Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365; erste Erfahrungen mit SharePoint, Power Platform oder KI-Tools sind von Vorteil
• Analytische und strukturierte Denkweise
• Hohe Eigeninitiative sowie Freude an Teamarbeit
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Angehörige von Staaten außerhalb des europäischen Wirtschaftsraums benötigen eine deutsche Aufenthalts-/Arbeitsgenehmigung. Der erste Masterstudiengang darf vor/während der gesamten Tätigkeit nicht abgeschlossen sein.
