Starte ab Dezember 2026 für sechs Monate in Vollzeit und gestalte Recruiting-Events und das Trainee-Recruiting mit.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Koordination des Bewerbungsmanagements für unser International Graduate Trainee Programm
• Eigenverantwortliche Vorselektion der Trainee-Bewerbungen
• Organisation der Assessment Center
• Aktive Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Personalmarketing-Maßnahmen für unsere Nachwuchsprogramme
• Direkter Einblick in die vielfältigen Themen der operativen Personalarbeit durch eine enge Integration in unser Team

Ihr Profil

• Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Psychologie oder einer vergleichbaren Disziplin, idealerweise bereits abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium
• Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Human Resources, bevorzugt im Recruiting und/oder HR-Marketing
• Freude am Umgang mit Menschen, Kommunikationsstärke und hohe Eigeninitiative
• Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Word, Excel und PowerPoint)
• Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutsch-Kenntnisse

Angehörige von Staaten außerhalb des europäischen Wirtschaftsraums benötigen eine deutsche Aufenthalts-/Arbeitsgenehmigung. Der erste Masterstudiengang darf vor/während der gesamten Tätigkeit nicht abgeschlossen sein.
