Wir suchen Sie als Verstärkung für unser hoch motiviertes Team im Referat „Real Estate Strategy & Development“, das sich mit der globalen Immobilienstrategie der MunichRe an 135 Standorten in 20 Ländern befasst.
Die Schwerpunkte Ihrer vielseitigen Aufgaben liegen in der Weiterentwicklung der Softwaretools im Immobilienbereich und der Analyse von immobilienspezifischen Daten.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Digital Projects: Mitwirken bei der Implementierung von verschiedenen IT Applikationen (Softwaretools, IoT Sensorik) im Bereich eigengenutzte Immobilien
• Data Analysis: Selbständige Durchführung von Analysen und Auswertung von Datenquellen zur Office Nutzung, hauptsächlich mit Excel oder PowerBI
• Grafische Aufbereitung und Zusammenführung der Ergebnisse in Präsentationen
• Corporate Real Estate Management: Unterstützung des CREM Teams bei der strategischen Ausrichtung des globalen Immobilienportfolios, bei u.a. Nutzerbedarfsanalysen, Markt- und Standortanalysen, Auswertung immobilienspezifischer Daten

Ihr Profil

• Sie sind Student/in (Bachelor- oder Masterstudiengang) in Informatik, BWL, Real Estate Management, oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
• Sie konnten bereits erste Erfahrungen/ Kenntnisse im Bereich Datenanalyse oder Immobilienmanagement sammeln
• Sie haben umfassende Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365 (insbesondere erweiterte Excel-Kenntnisse), PowerBI Kenntnisse sind wünschenswert
• Sie besitzen sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort- und Schrift
• Eine sehr gute Teamfähigkeit mit sehr guten kommunikativen und organisatorischen Fähigkeiten , sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative runden ihr Profil ab

Angehörige von Staaten außerhalb des europäischen Wirtschaftsraums benötigen eine deutsche Aufenthalts-/Arbeitsgenehmigung. Der erste Masterstudiengang darf vor/während der gesamten Tätigkeit nicht abgeschlossen sein.
