Supplier Coordinator (m/f/d)
About the role
As a Supplier Coordinator at Agile Robots SE, you will play a crucial role in the efficient functioning of our procurement department. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day interactions with our team of internal stakeholders, ensuring timely organization of documentation critical to providing internal services and supporting supply chain operations.
Your primary duties include completing various administrative and bureaucratic tasks related to procurement, ensuring that the procurement process runs smoothly, and maintaining all necessary documentation correctly.
Additionally, you will provide secondary support to the operational buying services.
Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate to create, develop, and maintain a system for categorizing, tracking, and coordinating documentation critical to business activities.
- Manage key documentation, including NDAs, TISAX, ISO certifications, and other relevant records.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the procurement team, supplier quality, and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with procurement, logistics, and finance teams to ensure the smooth flow of documentation gathering and analysis.
- Maintain and update the supplier database, certifications, and contract documents.
- Utilize SAP Business ByDesign to support procurement and documentation processes.
- Coordinate purchase orders by converting requests to orders and tracking deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain accurate records of service, pricing, and quality.
- Assist in resolving delivery issues, product defects, or invoicing discrepancies.
- Facilitate in supporting audits and reporting on supplier KPIs and compliance metrics.
Your Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (an associate's degree or training in procurement or a related field is an asset)
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar administrative or procurement role
- Proficiency with office software applications, including spreadsheets and word processing
- Strong organisational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive procurement information
