Our client is a highly reputable medium-sized printing company in southern Germany that produces offset and digital print products for agencies and industrial clients and is also active in the online sector. The company is extremely stable and has clear growth prospects.

SALES MANAGER (M/F/D)

Your Profile

  • Comprehensive market knowledge of the printing and communications industry and a deep understanding of the needs of both medium-sized and large clients
  • Experience in leading sales staff and fostering their professional development to enable them to develop their own initiatives
  • Ability to identify the potential of junior staff and develop them in a targeted manner
  • Ability to identify and evaluate new areas of opportunity and generate targeted revenue from them
  • Strong analytical skills, results- and solution-oriented, with a positive, confident, and professional demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills, including in English

Your Responsibilities

  • Leading and developing the sales team, as well as coordinating activities and implementing the overall sales strategy to drive sales performance
  • Management responsibility for the sales team and fostering the professional development of team members, including the development of junior staff
  • Maintaining and expanding customer relationships, conducting your own activities to acquire new customers, building networks, and managing customer complaints
  • Sales controlling based on key performance indicators, evaluations, and analyses, as well as establishing and expanding industry specialization
  • Improving sales processes and implementing the developed measures
  • Bringing market insights into the company and using them to develop new product and customer segments
  • Initiating appropriate marketing measures and collaborating with the marketing department
