Our client is an established international life sciences company with decades of technological expertise in reproductive medicine and laboratory technologies. Within a recently established business unit focused on human health, the company is now entering an exciting growth phase with several innovative products preparing for global launch.
To support this expansion, we are looking for a Global Sales Manager (gn) who will play a key role in developing international markets and building strategic partnerships in the field of reproductive medicine.
This position offers a rare opportunity to help shape the global commercial strategy of a growing Medicinal Products Portfolio and actively contribute to the market entry and expansion of new solutions in IVF.
IHRE AUFGABEN
- Drive international business development activities for a growing portfolio in reproductive medicine and IVF technologies
- Identify, develop and manage distributor partnerships across global markets outside of Germany
- Support market entry strategies and commercial expansion in key international regions
- Lead negotiations for distribution agreements and commercial partnerships
- Represent the company at international congresses and industry events in reproductive medicine
- Provide technical product presentations and consult with clinics, laboratories and key opinion leaders
- Work closely with internal teams including Regulatory Affairs, Product Management and Marketing to support upcoming product launches
- Monitor market developments, competitive landscape and regulatory frameworks across different regions
IHR PROFIL
- Extensive experience in sales and / or business development is a must
- Several years of experience in international sales or business development within MedTech, IVD or life sciences
- Strong understanding of medical device markets and distributor-driven sales structures
- Experience in reproductive medicine, IVF, andrology or laboratory diagnostics is a huge plus
- Proven ability to develop markets, build partnerships and negotiate commercial agreements internationally
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to build structures and develop new markets
- Strong intercultural communication skills and confidence working with global stakeholders
- Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 50-70%)
- Fluent English required; German is a strong advantage
