Overview:
Join a lab focused on precision automation for advanced telecommunications products. The team specializes in developing core technologies for the automated assembly, testing, and measurement of precision components.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the design and development of precision electrochemical machining (PECM) equipment and process workflows.
2. Provide expertise on parameters, system architecture, electrode design, flow field simulation, and process validation.
3. Deliver efficient, cost-effective, and high-precision machining solutions through process design and optimization.
4. Produce technical documents such as design specs and test reports.
5. Stay current on industry trends and contribute to R&D of emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Material Forming, Mechanical Processing, Electrochemical Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in PECM, including theory, simulation, parameter optimization, and experimental techniques.
• Proven track record in designing and delivering PECM systems and process projects.
• Strong communication, teamwork, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience developing PECM equipment.
• Knowledge of flow field, electric field, and electrochemical simulations.
• Background in pulse power supply, electrode design, electrolyte preparation, and experimental process design.
