SENIOR CYBER SECURITY OT CONSULTANT (D/F/M)

Ihre Aufgaben

• Design and implementation of security strategies, information security management systems (ISMS), security organizations, and processes
• Definition of security and compliance requirements
• Implementation and assurance of legal regulations and security standards such as ISO 27001, IEC 62443, NIST, NIS-2, PART-IS, etc.
• Execution of security analyses and risk assessments at both the process and system levels based on standards (e.g., ISO 27005, EBIOS)
• Development and implementation of security policies, processes, and procedures
• Planning of appropriate security measures to identify and eliminate critical vulnerabilities
• Design and implementation of robust security architectures
• Conducting trainings and awareness activities
• Monitoring technological developments in the field of OT security and integrating them accordingly
• Participation in the preparation of proposals
• Creation of required documentation and presentation of work results

Ihre Qualifikationen

• The role requires knowledge and skills typically acquired through a relevant, completed degree in (Business) Informatics, IT Security, or a similar field with a standard duration of up to 4 years, along with extended, subject-specific additional qualifications. Alternatively, a relevant completed vocational training program of at least three years, combined with qualified further training and particularly extensive subject-specific additional qualifications. The overall required knowledge and experience may also have been acquired in other ways.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in the tasks mentioned above
• Sound knowledge of information systems and related processes
• Proven experience as a Cyber Security Consultant or in a comparable role
• Solid knowledge of modern tools, processes, methods, and techniques
• Advanced knowledge of cybersecurity (including defense) products, OT systems, and network components
• Extensive expertise in OT security, industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA systems, network security, asset inventory, and vulnerability management
• Experience in the planning, integration, and operation of IT/OT systems and complex industrial facilities
• Experience in the implementation of IT/OT security standards, as well as knowledge of network security, operating systems, and application security
• Strong affinity for digitalization, IT/OT infrastructures, IoT principles, and network technologies
• Experience with SOC4OT implementations as well as risk management and risk assessments
• Familiarity with relevant standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, or IEC 62443 is advantageous
• Proven knowledge and experience in technical project management
• Ability to produce structured and meaningful documentation such as presentations, process descriptions, policies, etc.
• Analytical thinking, initiative, precise and conscientious work style, strong communication skills, and confident demeanor
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in a distributed team, as well as good presentation skills
• Ability to independently interact with clients at lower to mid-management levels and provide technical guidance to small consulting teams
• Customer-oriented thinking and behavior
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken; French is desirable
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
