We have an exciting new position for you to consider: Marketing Reporting Analyst for our European Marketing team. Curious what this role is all about? Let’s dive in:
- Collect and consolidate marketing data from various sources (events, PR, direct marketing, digital campaigns) and ensure accuracy.
- Identify opportunities to automate data collection and reporting using tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Develop clear dashboards and reports showcasing KPIs and marketing insights to track ROI and campaign performance.
- Deliver both consolidated regional reports and detailed country-specific breakdowns to highlight market contributions.
- Collaborate with local marketing teams across Europe to understand data needs and ensure consistent reporting standards.
- Analyze performance trends, benchmark against industry standards, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize marketing strategies.
Your profile
That sounded great, right? Now, we want to make sure you feel happy in your position. It would be fantastic if you bring the following background:
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing analytics, reporting, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau); experience with automation techniques.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and deliver actionable insights.
- Familiarity with marketing metrics across channels (events, PR, direct marketing, digital campaigns).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey data-driven stories effectively.
- English C1; German is a plus.
- Bonus points for experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and SQL knowledge.
- Degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or a related field is highly desirable.
