Your Tasks
- Strategic HR Leadership: Create, implement and continuously develop an HR strategy that supports business goals, focuses on employee needs, and ensures compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
- Compensation & Benefits: Regularly review and adjust compensation and benefits to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
- Change Management & Communication: Take responsibility for managing change processes and develop clear, empathetic communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Workforce Planning & Optimization: Analyze workforce needs and implement measures to build an efficient structure while preserving essential skills for future growth.
- Employee Relations & Support: Serve as a trusted advisor to both employees and management on all HR matters. Manage employee relations professionally and promote fair and supportive solutions.
- Talent Management & Retention: Identify and retain key talent. Oversee performance management and succession planning to ensure continuity and support employee development.
- HR Operations & Systems: Ensure efficient and compliant HR processes. Use digital tools and HR systems (Personio) to manage data accurately and streamline administrative workflows.
- Leadership & Team Development: Guide and support the international HR team, helping them grow and succeed in their roles as effective HR Business Partners.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Porsche AG, leadership, legal, and department heads to address HR topics in a professional, cooperative way.
Your Profile
- Education: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally in an industrial, automotive, or high-tech environment, with proven international experience.
- Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex situations and develop clear, effective HR strategies, especially in areas like workforce planning.
- Compensation & Benefits: Solid understanding of compensation structures and benefits programs. Able to evaluate, adapt, and communicate these programs to support employee satisfaction and business goals.
- Empathy & People Skills: High emotional intelligence, with the ability to support employees and leaders through difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Communication & Negotiation: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with confidence in working with employees, leadership, and employee representatives.
- HR Systems & Tools: Solid experience using HR systems and digital tools to manage workforce data and support decision-making.
- MS Office & Presentation Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint), with the ability to prepare high-quality presentations and deliver them effectively to diverse audiences, including senior management.
- Labor Law Knowledge: Strong practical understanding of German labor law and its day-to-day application.
- Working Style: Hands-on, pragmatic, and people-focused approach, combined with a strategic mindset. Able to foster a supportive and positive culture.
- Languages: Fluent in both German and English, spoken and written.
