Executive Business Partner (m/f/x)
Job Description
As a Executive Business Partner, you will operate in a central interface function working directly with the CEO and CFO daily, and play a key role in strategic management, internal coordination, and external communications. This hybrid role combines operational excellence with strategic foresight. You will serve both as a trusted partner at the executive level and as a structuring force behind company-wide initiatives, especially within a fast-growing renewable energy environment (PV, wind, battery storage, EV charging infrastructure, and energy management systems).
Your Responsibilities
Executive Support & Strategic Advisory (15-25%)
- Structuring, prioritization, and follow-up of topics on behalf of executive management
- Preparation and follow-up of board meetings, internal strategy sessions, and external appointments
- Development and maintenance of effective reporting for management and shareholders
- Coordination of cross-departmental meetings, collaboration and information flow
Communication & Stakeholder Relations (50-70%)
- Primary point of contact for shareholders, investors, and strategic partners
- Coordination and management of external communication, ranging from logistics (e.g., meeting organization) to creating and providing the relevant content to stakeholders (e.g. internal data, reports, presentations)
- Ensuring consistent information flow between management and external stakeholders
Data & Information Management (15-25%)
- Preparation of complex content into meaningful presentations and decision-making templates, for example for board meetings or strategy committees
- Creation and ongoing development of management reports, dashboards, and KPIs, in collaboration with relevant departments and teams

Your Profile
- University degree in business, management, energy systems, political science, or a comparable field
- 2-3 years of experience in an operational or strategic role, ideally in the energy sector or a technology-driven environment - or alternatively, a consulting background with exposure to the energy sector
- Strong organizational and coordination skills combined with a strong problem-solving ability
- Confident use of management reporting tools and strong visualization skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to communicate complex issues clearly
- Self-starter mentality, willing to proactively tackle new projects and “learn by doing”
- Excellent communication skills in English and fluent in German (spoken and written). Note that most of the stakeholder communication will take place in English (including board meetings, regular meetings with investors), but the day-to-day internal communication takes place in German
