As a Working Student in our People Operations Team, you will support core HR processes such as onboarding, payroll preparation and data management, while contributing to process improvements and engagement initiatives. This way, you’ll gain broad insights into modern People Ops and help create a smooth employee experience at Temedica.
We are looking for support as of 01.10.2025

Your Role with us

• Support in People Ops processes across the employee lifecycle (e.g. onboarding & offboarding, document management, data maintenance in Personio)
• Take ownership of recurring tasks and ensure they are completed reliably and on time
• Assist with payroll preparation, time tracking, benefits administration and recruiting
• Contribute to People Ops projects such as process optimization, employee engagement initiatives or tool implementation
• Support office and operations management topics where needed (e.g. event coordination, travel cost workflows, internal communications)

What you bring to the table

• You are studying at least 2 semesters of (business) psychology, human resource management, business administration, social sciences or a comparable course of study and have ca. 16-20 hours / week to spare
• You ideally gained some practical experience in HR, people operations or recruiting and are eager to build on it
• You are hands-on, structured and known for your reliable way of working - colleagues can count on you
• You are quick to learn new tools and processes and enjoy taking ownership
• You are fluent in German and English

Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) in unserem People Operations Team unterstützt du zentrale HR-Prozesse wie Onboarding, Payroll-Vorbereitung und Datenmanagement und wirkst gleichzeitig an Prozessoptimierungen sowie Engagement-Initiativen mit. Du erhältst umfassende Einblicke in moderne People Operations und trägst dazu bei, ein reibungsloses Employee Experience bei Temedica zu gestalten.
Wir suchen Unterstützung ab dem 01.10.2025

Deine Aufgaben

• Unterstützung in People-Ops-Prozessen entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycle (z. B. On- und Offboarding, Dokumentenmanagement, Datenpflege in Personio)
• Eigenverantwortliche Übernahme wiederkehrender Aufgaben und zuverlässige, termingerechte Umsetzung
• Mitarbeit bei der Payroll-Vorbereitung, Zeiterfassung, Benefits-Administration und im Recruiting
• Beitrag zu People-Ops-Projekten wie Prozessoptimierung, Mitarbeiterbindungs-Initiativen oder Tool-Einführungen
• Unterstützung bei Office- und Operations-Themen, wo nötig (z. B. Eventkoordination, Reisekosten-Workflows, interne Kommunikation)

Was Du mitbringen solltest

• Du hast bereits mindestens zwei Semester in (Wirtschafts-) Psychologie, Human Resource Management, Betriebswirtschaft, Sozialwissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang absolviert und hast ca. 16-20 Stunden/Woche Zeit
• Idealerweise hast du bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen im HR, People Operations oder Recruiting gesammelt und möchtest darauf aufbauen
• Du arbeitest hands-on, strukturiert und zuverlässig - auf dich kann man sich verlassen
• Du eignest dir schnell neue Tools und Prozesse an und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung
• Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
