YOUR TASKS
As a key communications partner in our Quality Management team, you will help shape the narrative around innovation, digitalisation and AI-driven transformation
- Engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand their needs, and translate them into clear, targeted messaging for quality-related initiatives
- Spotlighting new features and innovations in quality management systems through engaging internal communications such as newsletters, intranet articles and presentations
- Contributing to the enhancement of communication strategies by identifying gaps and developing targeted approaches that support process optimization and quality improvement initiatives
- Creating visual and written content to explain complex technical topics in an accessible and engaging way
- Assisting in the organization of internal events, workshops and showcases related to quality and innovation
- Maintaining and updating communication templates, FAQs and stakeholder briefings
YOUR PROFILE
- Enrolled student of Communication, Media Studies, Business Administration, Technical Writing or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- Strong interest in interpersonal communication, stakeholder engagement and shaping meaningful narratives within an organisational context
- Experience with interviewing, storytelling or content creation is a plus
- Confident using Microsoft Office; familiarity with tools such as SharePoint or Confluence is advantageous
- You are curious, proactive and enjoy working in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment
