About the role
We are looking for a motivated Working Student (m/f/d) to support our Site Development and Business Intelligence activities. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in data management, strategic site evaluation, reporting, and cross-functional coordination from opportunity stage through deployment.
This position offers direct exposure to pipeline management, geographic prioritization, and data-driven decision-making processes.
About the tasks
Data & CRM Support
- Enter and update data in ERP and CRM systems
- Assist with data cleaning and maintenance
- Update internal documentation and tracking files
- Prepare materials for documentation and project handover
Project Review Support
- Prepare presentation slides using provided templates and content
- Collect information from specified sources as instructed
- Update review results and related documentation
Reporting & Documentation Support
- Compile data for reports and dashboards
- Organize and update process documentation
- Ensure records are kept accurate according to guidelines
Data Analytics Support
- Collect and update data from internal systems or external sources (APIs, SaaS systems)
- Monitor data quality and flag inconsistencies
- Prepare datasets according to provided instructions
- Assist with data cleaning, structuring, and validation
- Conduct basic descriptive analysesSupport recurring tasks for dashboards and reporting
Your Profile
Experience
Your profile
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Engineering, Energy Systems, EV Infrastructure, Renewable Energy, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Precise, structured, and detail-oriented
- Reliably coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, Site Acquisition) to gather required input data, following instructions closely and with attention to detailInterest in EV infrastructure and sustainable mobility is a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office required, MS Power BI and Python is a plus
Language & Location
- Fluency in English; German and other European languages are a plus
- Based in Munich, Germany, with flexibility for work-from-home arrangements.
