We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team! As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to expand the territory, building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers and managing the sales processes in Germany.

Your tasks:

  • Conduct sales calls to promote and sell SEP's products and services to existing and potential customers and provide related services
  • Drive growth and expansion of new customer business in cooperation with our channel partners in your region
  • Represent SEP at local and regional trade shows and exhibitions
  • Develop business plans and strategies for the territory to grow the business
  • Preparing and presenting reports to the sales team and senior management
  • Keeping accurate records of all sales activities
  • Conduct sales training for sales colleagues
  • Monitoring and analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities

Your profile

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field
  • Very good experience in sales or customer service
  • Communication skills, assertiveness and ability to work under pressure
  • Professional, self-confident and engaging demeanor
  • Initiative as well as independent and goal-oriented work
  • Confident handling of the common MS Office applications
  • You have a good command of German and English, both written and spoken.
