Task Description

• You’ll ensure that our buildings, technical systems, outdoor facilities, and vehicle fleet are always in perfect condition.
• Independently managing and ensuring the trouble-free operation of our office and industrial buildings
• Monitoring, operating, and optimizing technical building systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, and building automation)
• Performing maintenance, upkeep, and minor repair work
• Planning and implementation of minor remodeling, expansion, and renovation projects
• Coordination and supervision of external tradespeople and maintenance companies
• Maintenance and improvement of our outdoor and green spaces, including irrigation systems
• Management and organization of our vehicle fleet, including minor maintenance and service work, as well as coordination of workshop appointments
• Conducting regular inspections and documenting maintenance and inspections
• Assisting with company events and special tasks
• Occasional assignments at our Cham location

Requirements

• Completed technical or trade vocational training, e.g., as an electronics technician, HVAC technician, mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, carpenter, or comparable qualification
• Ideally, professional experience in building services engineering, building systems, or facility management
• Broad technical understanding and strong manual skills
• Independent, structured, and responsible work ethic
• High level of commitment, flexibility, and a strong service orientation
• Enjoyment of solving problems pragmatically and independently
• Proficiency with digital tools (smartphone, tablet, MS Office)
• Class B driver’s license
