Requirements
*Administration or Engineering Bachelor Degree
*Advance English level
*Three years degree or equivalent in a related field or proven on the job experience working in a production environment
*One year of previous experience as a Supervisor in the areas of shipping receiving warehouse an inventory control
*Detailed understanding of inventory tracking and methods for tracking and maintaining inventory levels
*Previous experience leading a group of 20 or more employees
*Strong planning and organizing skills a must
*Demonstrated competence in supervisory skills: motivating employees to meet performance goals, strong communication skills, comfortable with coaching and training individuals and teams.
*Advanced excel
