  • Build and executive innovative sourcing strategies that attract high-quality candidates through employee referrals, networking, internal databases, contact lists and research.
  • Collaborate effectively with interview teams and all levels of management to ensure preparedness during the interview process and facilitate seamless information exchange.
  • Negotiate offers to close top talent, leveraging and partnering with executive management to secure critical hires.
