In dieser Rolle entwickeln und betreuen Sie Backend-, Desktop- und Webanwendungen und unterstützen Full-Stack-Aktivitäten über Frontend und Backend hinweg. Zusätzlich koordinieren Sie Entwicklungsaktivitäten, Reviews und Reifegradanforderungen entlang der Programm- und Releasephasen.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Entwicklung und Pflege robuster Backend-Lösungen sowie Weiterentwicklung von Desktop- und Webanwendungen
- Unterstützung der Full-Stack-Entwicklung und Zusammenarbeit mit Frontend- und Backend-Teams
- Umsetzung skalierbarer, wartbarer und qualitativ hochwertiger Softwarelösungen nach modernen Architekturprinzipien
- Anwendung und Förderung von Design Patterns und Best Practices, einschließlich Clean Architecture, Dependency Injection, CQRS und Mediator Pattern
- Analyse fachlicher und technischer Anforderungen sowie Überführung in zuverlässige Softwarelösungen
- Mitarbeit in allen Phasen des Software Development Life Cycle und Umsetzung erforderlicher Entwicklungsaktivitäten gemäß regulatorischen und programmbezogenen Anforderungen
- Definition von Entwicklungs-Checkpoints, Reviews und Reifegraderwartungen entsprechend Programmphasen und Release Gates
- Erstellung detaillierter technischer Dokumentationen und Systeminformationen für Implementierung, Test und Wartung
- Sicherstellung der Übereinstimmung von Implementierungen mit Systemarchitektur, Modellen, Sichten und zugewiesenen Anforderungen
- Zusammenarbeit mit Architekten, Product Ownern und Stakeholdern sowie Durchführung von Code Reviews, Tests, Debugging und kontinuierlichen Verbesserungen
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in Informatik
- Mehr als zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in IT oder Informationssystemen
- Fundiertes Verständnis moderner Softwarearchitekturen und Designprinzipien
- Vertrautheit mit agilen Entwicklungsmethoden und DevOps-Praktiken ist zwingend erforderlich
- Erfahrung mit C# und .NET Core ist zwingend erforderlich
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von WPF-Desktopanwendungen ist erforderlich
- Erfahrung mit Oracle- und/oder PostgreSQL-Datenbanken ist erforderlich
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in ASP.NET Core; Erfahrung mit Blazor ist von Vorteil
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Ausgeprägte Problemlösungs-, Analyse- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie sichere Zusammenarbeit in funktionsübergreifenden und internationalen Teams

For more than 25 years, HESYS Engineering has connected technical specialists with demanding assignments for customers in aerospace, defence and high-tech. For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.
In this role, you develop and maintain backend, desktop and web applications and support full-stack activities across frontend and backend teams. You also coordinate development activities, reviews and maturity expectations throughout program and release phases.
Your tasks
- Design, develop and maintain robust backend solutions and enhance desktop and web applications
- Support full-stack development activities and collaborate across frontend and backend teams
- Implement scalable, maintainable and high-quality software solutions following modern architectural principles
- Apply and promote design patterns and best practices, including Clean Architecture, Dependency Injection, CQRS and Mediator Pattern
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into reliable software solutions
- Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle and execute development activities required for compliance with regulatory and program requirements
- Define development checkpoints, reviews and maturity expectations aligned with program phases and release gates
- Produce detailed technical documentation and system information to support implementation, testing and maintenance
- Ensure implementations align with the defined system architecture, models, views and allocated requirements
- Collaborate with architects, product owners and stakeholders and perform code reviews, testing, debugging and continuous improvement
Your profile
- Completed bachelor’s degree in computer science
- More than two years of professional experience in IT or information systems
- Strong understanding of modern software architecture and design principles
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices is mandatory
- Experience with C# and .NET Core is mandatory
- Experience with WPF desktop application development is required
- Experience with Oracle and/or PostgreSQL databases is required
- Solid knowledge of ASP.NET Core; experience with Blazor is considered an advantage
- Business-fluent German and English skills
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and international environment
