Your prospective job:

You are acting as a Software Developer for Test and Simulation Framework (m/f/d) for our client Airbus Defence and Space in Manching.

Your responsibilities:

• Design and develop software for our test and simulation framework (TSF) in ADA and C++
• Development of Avionic Simulations for our desktop virtual rig environment (MaTE DTVR)
• Design and Development of automated developer tests (unit / module tests) as well as execution of code reviews
• Apply state-of-the-art technologies and techniques
• Contribute actively to virtual engineering (mixed environment of simulations and real Hardware)
• 2nd Level rig support for the test and simulation framework (DTVR)
• Customer support in application development and system testing
• Participation in the continuous improvement process
• Support Software teams concerning concepts and technologies

Your profile

• Completed Master studies in Computer science or comparable
• Professional work experience in the field of IT / Information Systems, Aerospace, SW-design patterns, architecture, system programming, and cross-platform development
• Expertise in Simulation or Avionic Software Development
• Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems
• Experience in software development on Linux and Windows platforms
• Programming skills in C++
• Programming skills in Python and/or ADA is an advantage
• Fluent Englisch spoken and written, German language skills are desirable
