Tasks
We are looking for YOU - Social Media Manager / Concept - to join Oscar Bravo. Translate brand, campaign and business topics into social-first ideas for Lufthansa Group. Advise clients and guide concepts from strategy to delivery using platform, culture, and performance insights.
What you’ll do:
- Develop distinctive social-first ideas, recurring formats and editorial concepts for Lufthansa Group brands
- Translate brand, campaign and business topics into relevant narratives for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and emerging platforms
- Turn cultural trends, community insights and platform behavior into creative opportunities for brands
- Develop clear concepts, narratives and production-ready briefings for Content Creators, Copywriters, Art Directors, Editors and Motion Designers
- Advise clients proactively and challenge briefs when ideas are not social-first or platform-relevant
- Shape recurring content formats and editorial systems
- Guide concepts through production and review creative output
- Present ideas and recommendations confidently to clients
- Collaborate closely with other teams

Requirements
What you’ll need:
- Several years of experience in social media, editorial, creative strategy, content conception or a comparable agency role
- Proven ability to develop social-first formats, campaign ideas, editorial concepts and platform-specific narratives
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn, including the different behaviours, formats and creative mechanics of each platform
- Good knowledge of social trends, creator culture, communities, platform developments and digital storytelling
- Experience translating strategic or business briefs into production-ready creative concepts and evaluating copy, visual ideas, video concepts and edits from a social-first perspective
- Experience presenting ideas and advising clients confidently, with strong written and spoken English and German
We would like to have you join our team for the long term. The position is initially a two-year fixed-term contract, but offers a clear prospect of becoming permanent.
