Key responsibilities in your new role
- Evaluate the reliability of semiconductor devices regarding Plasma Induced Damage (PID)- Develop and implement fast test algorithms- Develop and define test structures- Develop measurement methods for semiconductor reliability- Provide documentation of the results and report to cross-functional project teams- Manage qualification teams
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- A master degree in Physics or Electrical Engineering- First professional experience in the field of semiconductors- Knowledge in the field of semiconductor components- Experience in data analysis and project management- Knowledge in programming (e.g. Python)- Very good communication and teamwork skills and strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams- Fluency in English and German
