Position Overview
Join our elite R&D team as a Senior QA Engineer (DFT) (m/f/d),
where you will play a key role in driving the automation and continuous
improvement of our software testing processes for advanced integrated circuit
testing solutions. We are seeking an experienced quality engineering expert who
can design, implement, and optimize robust test automation frameworks while
applying strong knowledge in physical implementation, static
timing analysis, and timing constraints.
Job responsibilities:
- Creatingtest-plans for comprehensive features/enhancements for one of thedeveloped tools
- Manualverification of the newly implemented code, using proven 3rd party toolswhere needed
- Reportingdefects, ability localizing the issue, providing necessary inputto reproduce it, including scripts, layouts, etc.
- Workingclosely with Application Engineers on analyzing issueson customers side
- Implementingregression tests for covering the introduced code
- Dailyand on demand runs of tests, reporting the results to counterparts
- Providingweekly reports with brief description of the work done and the plan forthe next week
- Participating QAand cross-functional team meetings
Required Qualifications:
- BS/MSin an EDA or Computer science related area - Cybernetics, Computerscience, Microelectronics, Applied Math, etc.
- Knowledgeof full RTL to GDS|| flow
- Strongknowledge of static timing analysis
- Strongknowledge of timing constraining and their impact on ASIC flow
- Knowledgeof SystemVerilog Assertions is preferable
- Knowledgeof different DFT methodologies is preferable
- experiencein automated software testing preferably in EDA area
- Scripting/Programmingskills, knowledge of basic algorithms, ability of estimating thecomplexity of algorithms, creating and implementing ones
- Basicknowledge of Boolean algebra and logical circuits
- Basicknowledge about EDA flow and manufacturing process
- Fluentverbal and written English, ability to work in an international team,having regular international team meetings
- Goodplanning skills, basic knowledge of one of planning tools -JIRA, MS Project, etc.
- Experienceof working with a source control and an issue tracking tool
- Readinessto support team members in force major situations
