We are a trusted and experienced partner in complex transactions, committed to providing a strong and
stable “good home” for the companies we acquire. Following closing, we work closely with management
teams to drive sustainable value creation, with a clear focus on long-term growth and operational
improvement.
Since the launch of FairCap in 2020, we have successfully completed 10 complex carve-out transactions,
three of which have already been exited successfully. To further accelerate our growth, we are now looking
for a (Senior) Investment Manager (m/f/d) in Munich to join our team and play a key role in our continued
expansion.
- Selection of investment opportunities, including market research, preparation of business plans,
- Market and competition analysis across all sectors and business models
- Participation in management meetings, preparation of valuations, indicative offers and term
- Participation in all aspects of M&A processes, from acquisition to successful exit
Your profile
- Education: Very good academic degree (Bachelor or Master) with a commercial, technical or

listener and have a confident appearance. International experience and business fluency in
