Was gibt es zu tun?
- Du verantwortest eigenständig die strategische Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung unserer Kundenevents - live, virtuell oder hybrid
- Dabei bringst Du Deine Erfahrung aktiv in die Konzeption, Weiterentwicklung und Positionierung unserer Eventformate ein
- Du steuerst alle relevanten internen Schnittstellen und externen Dienstleister mit einem sicheren Gespür für Qualität, Timing und Kommunikation
- Als zentrale:r Ansprechpartner:in begleitest Du unsere Events ganzheitlich - von der Idee über die Umsetzung bis zur Erfolgskontrolle der durchgeführten Veranstaltungen
- Du managst das Teilnehmer:innen-Handling mit Blick fürs Detail, pflegst unsere CRM-Daten strukturiert und nutzt die Daten gezielt, um Kundenbeziehungen zu stärken und Events wirkungsvoll weiterzuentwickeln
- Du denkst Events neu, treibst unsere Eventstrategie aktiv voran und entwickelst kreative, wirkungsvolle Formate für unvergessliche Kundenerlebnisse
Was bringst du mit
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Eventmanagement, Marketing/Kommunikation oder ein vergleichbarer Hintergrund
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Eventmanagement - idealerweise im B2B-Umfeld (Unternehmen, Agenturen oder Professional Services)
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der strategischen Planung, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Live-, Online- und Hybrid-Events
- Sicherer Umgang mit CRM-Systemen, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Teilnehmer:innen-Management, Datenpflege und Auswertung zur Kundenbindung
- Ausgeprägtes Gespür für Zielgruppen und wirkungsvolle Eventformate
- Du behältst auch in Phasen mit hohem Tempo und vielen parallelen Aufgaben einen kühlen Kopf, arbeitest strukturiert und priorisierst effizient
- Organisationsstärke, ein unternehmerisches Mindset und Freude an cross-funktionaler Zusammenarbeit zeichnen Dich aus
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

SENIOR EVENTMANAGER
Anytime, permanent, full-time, in our Munich office
Your mission
- You are independently responsible for the strategic planning, coordination and execution of our client events - live, virtual or hybrid
- You actively contribute your experience to the conception, further development and positioning of our event formats
- You manage all relevant internal interfaces and external service providers with a keen sense for quality, timing and communication
- As the main point of contact, you accompany our events holistically - from the initial idea through execution to performance evaluation
- You manage participant handling with an eye for detail, maintain our CRM data in a structured way and use it purposefully to strengthen client relationships and further develop impactful events
- You rethink events, actively drive our event strategy forward and develop creative, effective formats for unforgettable client experiences
Your profile
- A completed degree in event management, marketing/communications or a comparable background
- At least 5 years of professional experience in event management - ideally in a B2B environment (corporate, agency or professional services)
- Proven experience in the strategic planning, execution and further development of live, online and hybrid events
- Confident handling of CRM systems, ideally with a focus on participant management, data maintenance and analysis for client retention
- Strong sense for target groups and impactful event formats
- You keep a cool head even in fast-paced phases with multiple tasks, work in a structured manner and prioritize efficiently
- Strong organizational skills, an entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for cross-functional collaboration are part of your profile
- Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
