Sie unterstützen die Abwicklung von Reparatur- und Upgradeprozessen im SAP-Umfeld und begleiten die Transformation auf S/4HANA. Der Fokus liegt auf Serviceprozessen, Migration und operativer Auftragsbearbeitung.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Mitarbeit bei der Migration von SAP SD/CS auf S/4HANA Service
• Analyse und Optimierung von Ersatzteil- und Reparaturprozessen
• Erstellung von Angeboten und Auftragsabwicklung im Supply & Repair Management
• Termin- und Kostenkontrolle sowie Rechnungsstellung
• Erstellung von Prozessdokumentationen und Schulungsunterlagen
• Schulung und Unterstützung von Anwendern im neuen System

Ihr Profil

• Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit SAP SD, CS und Serviceprozessen
• Kenntnisse in S/4HANA Service und Migrationsprojekten
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und SAP
• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
• Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

You support repair and upgrade processing within the SAP environment and contribute to the transformation to S/4HANA. The role combines service process optimization, migration activities and operational order management.
Your tasks

• Support migration from SAP SD/CS to S/4HANA Service
• Analyze and optimize spare part and repair processes
• Prepare quotations and manage orders in supply and repair management
• Monitor deadlines, costs and invoicing processes
• Create process documentation and training materials
• Train and support end users in the new system

Your profile

• Commercial qualification or similar background
• Several years of experience with SAP SD, CS and service processes
• Knowledge of S/4HANA Service and migration projects
• Strong SAP and MS Office skills
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Structured and independent working style
