Sales Operations Specialist – Renewable Energy (Munich office based)

Your mission
We are looking for a motivated Sales Operations Specialist - Renewable Energy to support our European regional sales team and ensure seamless coordination with our Headquarter in China. You will manage sales processes, customer documentation, and CRM systems, playing a crucial role in our mission to expand renewable energy adoption. If you have 3 years of experience in sales support or coordination, strong organizational skills, and a passion for clean energy, this is your chance to make an impact in a dynamic, international environment.
Your main responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the regional sales team and HQ for administrative and operational matters.
  • Support the sales team with order processing, contract preparation, and documentation management.
  • Coordinate with HQ departments (logistics, finance, marketing, technical support) to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotations, and customer presentations.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems, customer databases, and sales reports.
  • Follow up with customers regarding outstanding documents, payments, and delivery schedules.
  • Track and manage inventory levels, lead times, and shipping details in collaboration with HQ and local logistics partners.
  • Provide administrative support for internal sales meetings, regional events, and trade shows.
  • Continuously identify and implement improvements to optimize processes and communication between local and HQ teams.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in a sales support, sales operations, or coordination role, preferably within the renewable energy or photovoltaic (PV) industry.
  • Strong communication skills, with proven ability to work across cross-functional and international teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP and CRM systems is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese with an additional languages is a plus.
  • Team player with a customer-centric mindset and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
