Your Responsibilities
- Koordination und Unterstützung der Vertriebsaktivitäten im Export
- Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kundenstamm- und Vertriebsdaten im ERP und CRM-System
- Erstellung von Angeboten, Preiskalkulationen und sonstigen Vertriebsunterlagen (in Abstimmung mit KAM)
- Unterstützung bei Messevorbereitung, Verkaufsaktionen und Marketingmaßnahmen
- Analyse von Verkaufszahlen und Erstellung von Reports
- Bearbeitung von Produktzulassungen und Registrierungen für Drittländer
- Fallbezogene Mitarbeit in Projekten
Your Profile
- Successfully completed vocational training in business administration
- Erste Berufserfahrung im (internationalen) Vertriebsinnendienst
- Proficiency in using the MS Office suite and ERP system
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort u. Schrift, gerne erweitert um weitere Sprachen
- Strong communication skills and a team player
- An organized and customer-focused approach to work, with a strong commitment to service
