Die Position ist idealerweise als Teilzeitstelle (20 Stunden pro Woche, Jobsharing Modell) vorgesehen.
Deine Arbeitszeit verteilt sich auf 3 bis 4 Tage pro Woche und beginnt jeweils um 06:30 Uhr.
Die Rezeption ist von 06:30 bis 09:30 Uhr besetzt; im Anschluss ist flexibles Arbeiten möglich.
Ideal für alle, die gerne früh in den Tag starten und am Nachmittag flexibel bleiben möchten.
Your tasks
- Friendly, professional reception of visitors, customers and employees
- Central contact person at the Campus Reception / Welcome Desk
- Organization and management of visitor registrations and access authorizations
- Coordination of meeting and conference rooms
- Acceptance and forwarding of telephone, e-mail and on-site inquiries
- Close cooperation with security, facility management and internal departments
- Competent support in seminar management:
- Digital sending of invitation links, documents and requirements for virtual training
- Room reservations in the internal room booking system
- General administration in the learning management system (LMS)
What we want
- Enjoyment of dealing with people as well as a friendly and respectful appearance
- Clear, helpful communication
- Reliable way of working and overview even in stressful situations
- Organizational skills and confident handling of IT systems, especially MS365
- Language skills: German at native speaker level or at least C level as well as good written and spoken English skills
Experience in customer service, administration or processing is desirable - for example in sales, in the hotel industry, in tourism or in the facility environment. Particularly important to us is a pronounced service orientation as well as a structured and careful way of working.
