for the automotive industry, is looking for a
Quality Manager
Your main responsibilities ?
MAIN OUTCOMES

• Ensuring product quality according to customer specifications and application of the quality assurance system
• Representing the Plant Manager in all quality issues (internal and external)
• Quality organisation
• Optimization of quality processes, coordination of quality departments of individual plants, overview of problems, costs, solutions

PROFESSIONAL TASKS
1. Implementation, implementation and maintenance of the quality management system according to IATF 16949
2. Presenting the effectiveness of the QM-system
3. Management and coordination of QM tasks:

• internal audits
• error analysis
• customer visits
• processing of complaints
• test assessment
• statistical evaluations
• closed stock management
• incoming inspection
• cooperation on supplier development

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

• Communicating + coopertion with other managers and employees to promote and achieve the main TASK = QUALITY 1st
• Motivation current and training of new Q-Team Members (Q-Technicians + Q-Controllers)
• Monitoring and evaluation of quality employees´ performance, including proposals for improvement measures
• Proposals for bonuses for adjusters and production workers

DATA MANAGEMENT

• Responisbility for Quality costs reducing
• Responisbility for Complaints minimising

Your profile

• Education in a technical field
• Knowledge of Q-Standards: IATF 16949, VDA 6.5 VDA 6.3, VDA 6.2, FMEA
• Knowledge of Q-Tools: Ishikawa, 5x WHY ? …
• Strong analytics, communication, team management and organisational skills
• Hungarian + English + German speaking on communication + writing level
• Microsoft office Advanced Skills
• Reliability + autonomy + consistency
• Experience in the automotive industry - ideally in metall industry and as Q-manager
