Your Responsibilities
- Leitung von Investitions- und Optimierungsprojekten im Bereich Verpackungsanlagen nebst Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen, Investitionsanträge, dazugehöriges Risikomanagement & Projetcontrolling.
- Planung, Beschaffung und Inbetriebnahme sämtlicher verpackungstechnischer Anlagen.
- Optimierung bestehender Verpackungslinien.
- Planung, Bau und Inbetriebnahme verfahrenstechnischer Anlagen nach Vorgaben.
- Enges Schnittstellenmanagement - interne und externe Zusammenarbeit; Koordination von Planungsbüros und Fachfirmen; Abstimmung mit Arbeitssicherheit und Behörden;
- Technische Inbetriebnahmen & Abnahmen.
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserungsmaßnahmen (Lean-Management, Digitalisierung, Benchmarking).
Your Profile
- Staatlich geprüfter Techniker/Meister (m/w/d) oder vergleichbares Studium (Ingenieur)
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im produzierenden Industriebetrieb, vorzugsweise Lebensmittelindustrie
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Projektmanagement und verpackungstechnischer Anlagen
- Kenntnisse in TPM, Lean-Management & Claim-Management
- Sehr hohe Technikkompetenz mit ergebnisorientiertem Arbeiten
- Prozessoptimierung
- Betriebswirtschaftliches Denken & Handeln
- Konstruktive Konfliktlösung
- Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
