Project Manager Energy and Building Technology (M/F/D)

YOUR TASKS

• Technical implementation and independent handling of projects
• Organization and coordination of construction sites
• Budget responsibility within the projects
• Calculation, preparation and checking of measurements, preparation of partial and final invoices and final invoices
• Supplement management in accordance with legal requirements
• VOB-compliant correspondence and attending meetings with client representatives and other trades
• Personnel management

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training in the electrical engineering field with additional qualification as a master craftsman or technician (m/f/d)
• Preferably with professional experience in project management (site manager (m/f/d), project manager (m/f/d))
• Very good knowledge of building and energy technology as well as the corresponding standards
• Knowledge of VOB
• Assertiveness and ability to act economically
• Friendly manner
• Structured and efficient way of working
