Deine Aufgaben
- Planung, Steuerung und Implementierung von Projekten im Bereich Digital Marketing und Content - von Startups bis hin zu DAX-Konzernen
- Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung der Kunden während des gesamten Projektverlaufs als erste Ansprechperson und Koordinator zwischen Kundenbedürfnissen und Projektteam
- Analyse und Spezifikation von Kundenanforderungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen sowie Aufzeigen von praxisnahen Umsetzungsoptionen für technische und inhaltliche Anforderungen
- Fokus auf Zielgruppen, optimale User Journey und datengetriebene Ansätze - Anwendung entsprechender Tools und Strategien im Content-Marketing und Digital Marketing
- Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen, z. B. hinsichtlich CRO, Leadgenerierung und Performance-Marketing, sowie souveräne Präsentation dieser Insights vor Kund:innen
Dein Profil
- Du bist ein proaktives und motiviertes Teammitglied mit ausgeprägten Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
- Du besitzt fundierte Erfahrung in der Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Content- und digitalen Marketingprojekten
- Du hast ein tiefgehendes Verständnis von Projektmanagement und Content-Marketing-Techniken. Dabei stützt du deine Entscheidungen auf Daten aus Tools wie Google Analytics, Matomo, Adobe Analytics oder Contentsquare
- Du verbindest eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe mit strategischem Beziehungsmanagement, erkennst frühzeitig Potenziale und Herausforderungen und entwickelst diese zu nachhaltigen Erfolgen weiter

Your mission
- Planning, management and implementation of digital marketing and content projects - from start-ups to DAX corporations
- Independent customer support throughout the entire project as the first point of contact and coordinator between customer needs and the project team
- Analysis and specification of customer requirements in close cooperation with specialist departments and identification of practical implementation options for technical and content requirements
- Focus on target groups, optimal user journeys and data-driven approaches - application of appropriate tools and strategies in content marketing and digital marketing

Your profile
- You are a proactive and motivated team member with strong communication and presentation skills in German and English
- You have solid experience in the planning, coordination and implementation of content and digital marketing projects
- You have an in-depth understanding of project management and content marketing techniques. You base your decisions on data from tools such as Google Analytics, Matomo, Adobe Analytics or Contentsquare
- You combine a quick mind with strategic relationship management, recognize potential and challenges at an early stage and develop them into sustainable successes
