Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (m/f/d) to oversee and coordinate client projects from initial briefing through final delivery. In this role, you will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget-while maintaining exceptional quality standards and fostering strong client relationships. You will serve as the central communication hub between internal teams and clients, ensuring clarity, transparency, and smooth execution across all phases of the project.

Your Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocations
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of deliverables
• Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and adjust plans as necessary to stay on schedule
• Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing issues that may impact project success
• Conduct regular status meetings with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Manage client expectations and communicate changes in scope, timeline, or budget
• Document project requirements, processes, decisions, and outcomes to ensure transparency and traceability

Your Profile

• German language skills at native level, and fluency in English (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related discipline
• 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally in a client-facing environment
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
