- Plan and prepare content and timing of customer research surveys for feedback collection
- Collaborate closely with program management team members for planning recruitment efforts of beta participants
- Reporting program milestones and statuses
- Evaluate and draft proposals for feature improvements based on customer feedback and performance metrics
- Provide customer support to internal participants through the internal ticket system
- Lead small to medium sized projects to improve existing processes, standard operating procedures and best practices
- Independently manage beta-participant engagement programs (contacting beta-participants / implement new customer engagement strategies)
- Constantly evaluate data collection tools and processes and propose solutions to ensure their efficiency, quality and ability to scale
- Test unreleased Alexa features and devices and report program risks to tech-teams or stakeholders
- Develop appealing email templates and send out weekly newsletters to internal and external customers
- Support EU Operations team to pack and ship beta devices as needed.

Profil
- University degree in a relevant field or vocational training
- Excellent aptitude and methodology to troubleshoot and identify the root cause of problems
- Fluent in English
- Organized with a talent for prioritizing tasks
- Willingness to support multiple projects at the same time, accept changing priorities and deliver quality work on time
- Strong sense of confidentiality
- Dedicated, self-motivated and dependable
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office products, especially Excel and Outlook
- Basic understanding in data analysis with interest to develop further skills
