Stellenbeschreibung
- Analyze existing business processes in the Services perimeter to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for digital optimization
- Map current processes and design future-state workflows to align with digitalization goals
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into actionable design features
- Develop business cases and ROI analyses to support the adoption of digital solutions
- Collaborate with departments of Digital and Data Readiness Center to ensure smooth implementation of new technologies

Anforderungsprofil
- Completed studies in the field of Computer Science, Engineering or Business Administration
- Professional experience in the field of Design Engineering, Digital Transformation Initiatives, Product Design, Application Design, Process Mapping, Workflow Analysis and Business Analysis
- Very good knowledge in using MS Office, Atlassian Toolsuite and tools / platforms for process analysis (e.g. Visio or BPMN)
- Fluent in English
