Do you wantto work on a New Class of Drones? Our product universe spans three differentplatforms with maximum take-off weights of up to 1000 kg and characteristicdimensions of 8 m: The hexacopter Grille for medical evacuation, the multi-rolerotorcraft Wespe for logistics and support operations, as well as thefixed-wing drone Bussard for surveillance and intelligence missions. Allsystems are powered by RasCore, our highly redundant, military-grade avionicssystem for safe operations within EASA’s Specific Category. Three aircraft, onemission: to bridge the gap between small UAVs and traditional mannedsystems.
As theProduct Owner, you are the architect of the operational journey. While ourengineers focus on flight physics, you will lead a product team in building thedigital infrastructure that ensures our platforms remain mission-ready andairworthy. Your mission is to bridge the gap between hardware and thesophisticated software ecosystem required to manage it.

Tasks

• Lead the product development team, fostering a high-pace environment focused on technical excellence
• Translate complex aviation and regulatory requirements into technical specifications for our internal digital toolset.
• Own and drive the development roadmap for the maintenance and airworthiness software ecosystem.
• Act as the primary interface between drone operators, compliance experts, and the development team.
• Prioritize safety-critical software features to ensure maximum fleet availability across all platforms.
• Conduct field research with technicians to optimize the workflow of our mobile maintenance applications.
• Ensure the software architecture provides automated audit trails and compliant regulatory reporting.
• Define clear acceptance criteria for new features to maintain military-grade software standards.

Qualifications

• Degree: University degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Business Management, or a related technical field.
• Experience: Significant experience in technical Product Management, ideally within high-stakes industrial or software environments.
• Method-Knowledge: Requirements engineering, technical documentation, project management, stakeholder management
• Tool-Knowledge (mandatory): Proficiency in awork or Jira for project management and experience working with ERP systems.
• Tool-Knowledge (optional)Familiarity with Odoo or mobile application lifecycles.
• Required for employment: Security clearance (Ü2-Sabotageschutz) approval (note: relationships in countries according to § 13 para. 1 no. 17 SÜG may result in a negative assessment)
