We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to translate complex climate risk solutions into compelling value propositions and drive successful global go-to-market execution, supporting our growth strategy. Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the divisional head and take full ownership of dedicated product marketing projects and responsibilities.
Product Marketing & Go-to-Market Execution
- Own and execute end-to-end product launches, from positioning and messaging to go-to-market planning and rollout.
- Coordinate closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure successful, timely, and impactful launches.
- Translate product capabilities into clear value propositions and launch narratives for different target audiences.
Sectorial Insights
- Leverage your experience in banking, insurance, and/or real estate to develop sector-specific insights and communicate with our core customer groups as a trusted, equal partner.
- Turn market, customer, and competitive insights into sector-specific messaging, narratives, and proof points.
- Support strategic prioritisation by continuously analysing market trends and competitive dynamics.
Messaging, Enablement & Adoption
- Create and maintain clear, differentiated product and solution messaging across all channels and formats.
- Ensure consistent storytelling across presentations, collateral, campaigns, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Enable Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success not only through high-quality materials, but also through hands-on knowledge sharing, live enablement sessions, and acting as a trusted go-to person for sectorial expertise.
Your Profile
- 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing, ideally in software, SaaS, or data-driven environments. Sector experience in banking, insurance, and/or real estate is a strong advantage.
- You are a strong team player who enjoys close collaboration across Clients, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to achieve shared go-to-market goals.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing, digital sales motions, and product-led growth concepts.
- Comfortable and experienced in utilising AI technology and modern tools to improve product marketing performance, impact, efficiency, and reach; this experience is a strong plus.
- You are passionate about solutions that make climate change and natural disaster risks tangible and help organisations build resilience and adapt effectively.
- Proven ability to translate complex products into clear, compelling messages and engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills, strong strategic thinking, and a hands-on, ownership-driven mindset.
- International experience and fluency in English.
