Product Manager Digital Learning & Instructional Design (m/f/d)

LAT Product Management supports the training requirements of Lufthansa Group Airlines and external customers through to the implementation of the resulting training products. At the same time, the department is responsible for the strategic, commercial orientation of the training product portfolio.

• Coordinating digital training developments within Lufthansa Aviation Training and the Lufthansa Group
• Being responsible for managing the requirements in the area of digital training media (WBT, APP, AR/VR etc.) for the areas of pilot training as well as safety and service training
• Managing innovation projects and advising developers on core tasks
• Strategic responsibility and administrative data maintenance for the digital product portfolio
• Ensuring the effective use of modern training methodology and didactics in digital learning (instructional design) and the use of suitable formats
• Optimizing nternal collaboration and processes (production performance, partner management)

• Completed studies in pedagogy, media didactics or a related field combined with extensive practical experience
• Very good knowledge of common digital training formats and platforms (WBT, APP, AR/VR, virtual classroom, LMS, etc.) and the standard software used to create them
• Very good methodological and didactic expertise with a focus on adult education
• Very good knowledge of project management and experience with complex projects
• Professional experience in the aviation and/or training sector desirable
• High level of interest in interdisciplinary issues and ability to present complex issues in a comprehensible manner
• Very good knowledge of English
• Very good knowledge of MS Office programs
• Occasional willingness to travel
