Our product universe spans three differentplatforms with maximum take-off weights of up to 1000 kg and characteristicdimensions of 8 m: The hexacopter Grille for medical evacuation, the multi-rolerotorcraft Wespe for logistics and support operations, as well as thefixed-wing drone Bussard for surveillance and intelligence missions. Allsystems are powered by RasCore, our highly redundant, military-grade avionicssystem for safe operations within EASA’s Specific Category. Three aircraft, one mission: to bridge the gap betweensmall UAVs and traditional manned systems.
In an earlygrowth phase, a stable supply chain is critical to the success of a product. Asa Procurement Specialist, you play a key role in making our UAV systemspossible in the first place. You ensure the reliable procurement of components,materials, and services - from initial order placement through on-timedelivery. Acting as a central interface between suppliers, Engineering,Quality, and Project Management, you continuously keep track of prices,supplier capabilities, and dependencies. You work independently, in astructured and solution-oriented manner, and are comfortable taking ownershipand actively shaping processes. With us, you have the opportunity to help buildthe procurement function for a safety-critical high-tech product from the groundup.
Tasks
- Operativeprocurement of components and services within the aerospace environment
- Demand planning andrequirements coordination in close collaboration with Engineering and Project Management
- Supplier quotationevaluation as well as price and terms negotiations
- Management andmaintenance of purchase orders and delivery schedules within the ERP system
- Coordination ofinbound deliveries and ensuring compliance with aviation-specific qualityrequirements
- Support of suppliermanagement activities in accordance with EN 9100 requirements
Qualifications
- Degree: Commercial education or comparable education
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in purchasing
- Language Skills: Excellent knowledge of English and German
- Tool-Knowledge (mandatory): Microsoft Office
- Tool-Knowledge (optional): Sage100, Gitlab
- Required for employment: Security clearance approval (Ü2-Sabotageschutz) (note: relationships in countries according to § 13 para. 1 no. 17 SÜG may result in a negative assessment)
