Descrição da Função
Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile: Main Tasks and Responsibilities: * Define and lead the technical vision and architecture of solutions, ensuring scalability, resilience, and alignment with business objectives; * Lead technology modernization initiatives, including cloud adoption, microservices, integrations, and modern engineering and DevOps practices; * Support and mentor development teams by promoting best practices in CI/CD, test automation, observability, and software quality; * Act as a cross-functional technical reference, collaborating with product and engineering teams on strategic decisions and continuous innovation. Requirements: * Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; * Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, preferably in complex enterprise environments; * Strong experience in .NET development and backend system design; * Solid understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP); * Experience with distributed systems, including microservices and/or modular monolith architectures; * Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices; * Proactivity and dynamism; * Organizational and communication skills.
