Job description

Um den Übergang zu einer sauberen Energiezukunft zu beschleunigen, investiert Tion in Infrastruktur im Bereich der Energiewende. Aufbauend auf unserem Portfolio von über 160 MW an Solar- und Windkraftanlagen, einer Batterie-Energiespeicheranlage sowie unserem gesicherten bevorzugten Zugang zu einer Projektentwicklungspipeline von mehr als 5 GW streben wir an, eine führende Investmentplattform für Projekte der Energiewende zu werden.

Deine Aufgaben

In deiner Rolle unterstützt du unser People-&-Culture-Team insbesondere in folgenden Bereichen:

• Steuerung und Begleitung des Recruiting-Prozesses für unterschiedliche Positionen und Fachbereiche
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Hiring Manager:innen aus verschiedenen Abteilungen
• Active Sourcing über LinkedIn, Sichtung von Bewerbungsunterlagen sowie Sicherstellung einer positiven Candidate Experience
• Unterstützung des People-Teams bei Projekten und Aufgaben entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycles
• Recherche zu unterschiedlichen Themen rund um People & Culture
• Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Implementierung von HR-Prozessen
• Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Prozessen über den gesamten Employee Lifecycle hinweg, z. B. Recruiting, On- und Offboarding, Feedback- und Performance-Management sowie Learning & Development
• Unterstützung des Tagesgeschäfts als Teil eines erfahrenen People & Culture Teams

Job requirements

Das bringst du mit

• Begeisterung für Menschen, Unternehmenskultur und Teamarbeit
• Ein einschlägiges Studium oder erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Recruiting, Human Resources oder People & Culture
• Eine zuverlässige, offene, empathische und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit
• Eine proaktive, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und den Wunsch, nachhaltig etwas zu bewegen
• Gute Kenntnisse in Excel und PowerPoint
• Unternehmerisches Denken sowie eine Hands-on-Mentalität als Teamplayer
• Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
• Kenntnisse in Spanisch, Polnisch oder Italienisch sind ein Plus
