Operations Manager (m/w/d)

Key responsibilities:

• Immediately after the acquisition of a new portfolio company by Accursia, you support the business both on-site and remotely in its turnaround, restructuring, and operational optimization.
• Together with the Operations Director and the local management team, you develop a comprehensive turnaround and restructuring plan and consistently support its implementation.
• During your assignments within our portfolio companies, you will have the opportunity to lead and support projects from initial analysis through to final implementation.

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable qualification.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with a structured, responsible working style and a strong hands-on mentality.
• Excellent analytical and strategic skills.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Very good MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel.
