For this position we are looking for a motivated and flexible team member with a positive attitude and an analytical way of thinking. We offer a challenging opportunity for an experienced Investment Operations Associate to join our Market Services team within an international and professional environment. In this role, you will work across the full operational lifecycle of our funds and mandates and act as a key link between trading, risk, finance, and our external service providers.

Principal Duties:
- Monitor the trade lifecycle end to end: capture, matching, settlement, reconciliations, and breaks resolution.
- Oversee daily cash, position and collateral controls.
- Coordinate with custodians, fund administrators, brokers and internal teams.
- Support fund launches, new products, system enhancements and operational projects.
- Execute control checks and contribute to regulatory and internal reporting.
- Drive process improvements and help develop scalable, efficient workflows.
Principal Competencies:
- 3+ years' experience in asset management, banking, custody, or fund administration.
- Strong knowledge of capital markets, trade processing, reconciliations, and fund operations.
- Very good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Excellent Excel skills; SQL or scripting is a plus.
- Proactive, reliable, and a strong team player.
