- Du übernimmst Verantwortung in anspruchsvollen SAP MDG-Projekten und steuerst die Konzeption und Umsetzung moderner Stammdatenlösungen.
- Du berätst Kunden bei der Definition von Anforderungen, analysierst bestehende Prozesse und entwickelst Optimierungsvorschläge mithilfe von SAP MDG.
- Du leitest interdisziplinäre Projektteams und bist maßgeblich für die technische Umsetzung im System verantwortlich - z. B. für Business Partner, Materialien oder Finanzstammdaten.
- Du entwickelst kreative, zukunftsgerichtete SAP-MDG-Lösungen und setzt diese zielgerichtet beim Kunden ein.
- Du engagierst dich in der Geschäftsentwicklung: von der Angebotserstellung über Kundenpräsentationen bis zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs Data Management.
Dein Profil
- Du hast fundierte Erfahrung in der Prozess- und Implementierungsberatung mit SAP MDG.
- Du kennst die SAP MDG-Architektur in- und auswendig und bringst sowohl technische als auch funktionale Expertise mit.
- Du hast bereits an Projekten mit SAP ECC und/oder SAP S/4HANA mitgewirkt und kennst dich in beiden Welten gut aus.
- Du verfügst über solide ABAP-Kenntnisse und kannst diese bei Bedarf gezielt einsetzen.
- Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung, treibst neue Themen aktiv voran und arbeitest gerne im Team - auch beim Kunden vor Ort.

Your mission
- You take responsibility for complex SAP MDG projects and lead the design and implementation of modern master data solutions.
- You advise clients on requirement definition, analyze current processes, and develop SAP MDG-based optimization strategies.
- You lead interdisciplinary project teams and take ownership of the system-side implementation - e.g., for business partners, materials, or financial master data.
- You develop innovative SAP MDG solutions and creatively bring them to life for our clients.
- You actively shape business development - from proposals and client presentations to growing the Data Management practice.
Your profile
- You bring at least five years of experience in SAP MDG consulting, covering both process and implementation aspects.
- You have a deep understanding of SAP MDG architecture and strong technical and functional knowledge.
- You’ve worked on SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA projects and feel comfortable in both environments.
- You possess solid ABAP skills and know how to use them effectively when needed.
- You are eager to take on responsibility, drive new topics forward, and enjoy collaborating with teams and clients on-site.
