Manager Consolidation and FP&A

Starting immediately, full-time, permanent, in our central Munich office

Your mission

  • Preparation, analysis, and further development of financial consolidation including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Ensuring consistent group reporting and preparing financial and management reports for steering the H&Z Group
  • Carrying out variance and ad-hoc analyses as well as supporting investor reporting
  • Active participation in business planning, forecast, business review cycles, and scenario analyses
  • Implementation and further development of suitable KPIs and controlling instruments, including tracking, interpretation, and deriving opportunities and risks
  • Building and further development of our business intelligence solution
  • Participation in strategic initiatives, especially in the context of M&A projects and in integration processes of new companies
  • Documentation, optimization, and digitalization of finance processes and reports
  • Collaboration with managing directors within our group
  • Direct reporting line to our Group CFO
  • Use and further development of our consolidation and reporting tools, in particular LucaNet
  • Steering and supporting finance projects for process optimization and system integration
  • Participation in the definition and monitoring of transfer price agreements

Your profile

  • Completed master’s degree in business administration, finance, controlling, or a comparable qualification
  • At least 6 years of professional experience in financial controlling, FP&A, and/or group consolidation
  • Experience with the business model of professional services companies (management consulting, tax advisory, IT consulting, or comparable) is an advantage
  • Good understanding of accounting standards (especially HGB, IFRS)
  • Confident handling of LucaNet (LucaNet certifications are an advantage) as well as common financial accounting solutions (e.g., DATEV)
  • Solid knowledge in business planning, forecasting, reporting, and consolidation
  • Strong understanding of numbers, data, and processes, combined with high analytical competence
  • Experience in the conception, setup, and use of business intelligence solutions is an advantage
  • Structured, independent, and precise way of working, combined with high quality standards
  • Enjoyment in exchanging with different stakeholders, openness to change, and eagerness to proactively drive things forward
  • Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
  • Team spirit, commitment, and an agile, solution-oriented mindset
