Key Account Manager (m/f/diverse)

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responsibility for supporting Lufthansa Group customers
  • Establishing long-term and sustainable customer relationships
  • Identifying and implementing development potential
  • Implementing corporate strategy in your own customer portfolio
  • Developing, negotiating and concluding contracts
  • Managing and collaborating on customer-specific projects
  • Working closely with internal interfaces and maintaining the internal network
  • Analysing and optimising training costs in collaboration with customers and internal interfaces
  • Analysing and optimising sales data within your own area of responsibility
  • Organising customer events and trade fair visits

Ihr Profil

You meet the following requirements:

  • Completed degree in economics/business administration or a comparable field, or commercial training in the airline industry with a successfully completed degree from a vocational academy.
  • Several years of sales experience with proven success.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to cooperate and work in a team, as well as structured, independent working style
  • Analytical thinking and strategic understanding
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Intercultural competence
  • Experience in project and process management is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel extensively
