Your tasks:

• Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to on-site end users, including issue diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution for hardware, software, and network-related problems
• Install, configure, patch, upgrade, and maintain operating systems and application software. iOS, Windows
• Handle hardware failures, replacements, installations, and configuration loading for laptops, desktops, peripherals, and other office IT equipment
• Support and administer Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Teams, and Exchange and Administer and support conference room A/V systems and VPN access
• Ensure timely updates and resolution of IT tickets using the internal ITSM tool, in line with defined SLAs
• Support IT asset management, including tracking, inventory maintenance, and lifecycle documentation
• Provide professional, user-friendly communication and guidance to non-technical staff regarding IT requests and issues

Your profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 4+ years of relevant experience in an office-based IT support role
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Entra, Active Directory, MS Exchange, Endpoint management system, Collaboration tools and File sharing systems and supporting video conferencing and A/V systems. Wi-Fi AP
• Experience supporting Windows OS, iOS and commonly used office software Macs, iPhones, good to have experience supporting interactive screens and tablets
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms and service desk workflows and excellent troubleshooting skills and strong root cause analysis capability
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
