Was erwartet dich?
- Steuere IT-Projekte und setze diese in agilen Umgebungen um (z.B. Einführung von LLM-Systemen in bestehende IT-Landschaften)
- Entwickle und implementiere IT-Strategien und Roadmaps
- Übernehme das Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen IT und Business Development
- Analyiere Anforderungen und konzipiere IT-Lösungen
- Unterstütze in Architektur- und Infrastrukturthemen (z.B. Cloud-Lösungen, Mircoservices)
- Arbeite in agilen und interdisziplinären Teams - sowohl intern bei INVENSITY als auch beim Kunden vor Ort
- Wissensaustasch und Mentoring: Teile dein Fachwissen in Workshops, Coachings und Projekten und lerne gleichzeitig von anderen Experten
- Persönliche und fachliche Weiterentwicklung: Wachse in einem technologisch führenden Umfeld, knüpfe Kontakte und gestalte Innovationen in den unterschiedlichsten Branchen
Was bringst du mit
- Studium in Informatik, IT-Management oder vergleichbaren Studiengängen oder eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich mit entsprechender Erfahrung
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als IT-Manager oder in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in IT-Architekturen, Projektmanagement, Cloud-Umgebungen und agilen Methoden
- Erfahrungen mit Linux und Container-Technologien (z.B. Kubernetes)
- Erste Erfahrungen mit dem Aufsetzen lokaler LLMs sind ein Plus
- Analytische Fähigkeiten, Kommunikationsstärke und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Bereitschaft zur Arbeit vor Ort bei unseren Kunden
- Verhandungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

What can you expect?
- Manage and implement IT projects in agile environments (e.g., integrating LLM systems into existing IT landscapes)
- Develop and implement IT strategies and roadmaps
- Take ownership of interface management between IT and Business Development
- Analyze requirements and design IT solutions
- Provide support in architecture and infrastructure topics (e.g., cloud solutions, microservices)
- Work in agile and interdisciplinary teams - both internally at INVENSITY and on-site at the client
- Knowledge sharing and mentoring: Share your expertise in workshops, coaching sessions, and projects, and learn from other experts
- Personal and professional development: Grow in a technology-driven environment, expand your network, and help shape innovations across various industries
Your profile
- Degree in Computer Science, IT Management, or a comparable field, or a completed IT-related apprenticeship combined with relevant work experience
- At least 3 years of professional experience as an IT Manager or in a similar position
- Solid knowledge of IT architectures, project management, cloud environments, and agile methodologies
- Experience with Linux and container technologies (e.g., Kubernetes)
- Initial experience with setting up local LLMs is a plus
- Strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and a structured approach to work
- Willingness to work on-site at our clients’ locations
- Fluent German and English skills
